In the context of the sub-Task “Monitoring and optimisation of crucial assets“ of ELEXIA, CORE-IC is implementing their dedicated Predictive maintenance complete Edge to Cloud Device platform COREBEAT.
COREBeat is a state of the art solution for Real time Asset Health Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance for crucial industry and infrastructure heavy machinery. Its purpose is to provide early warning for potential failures and also monitor the seamless operation of the machines.
COREBeat utilizes an automated plug and play approach, meaning it can be easily set up and integrated into existing systems without requiring extensive manual configuration. This enhances its usability and accessibility for various industries and applications.
This architecture is designed to ensure robustness, ease of use, and consistent accuracy of predictions. It allows data collected by COREBEAT to be seamlessly transferred to the cloud and stored in a Datalake, making it available to partners who require access to this information.
During the first 16 months of ELEXIA , CORE-IC has identified all the requirements for the three pilots: Norway (Dokken area in Bergen), Denmark (Høje-Taarstrup Municipality) and Portugal (Port of Sinès) and together with the corresponding partners decided the use cases that CORE IC asset health monitoring will be implemented.
